Step 1. Add the JitPack repository to your build file

Add it in your root settings.gradle at the end of repositories:

	dependencyResolutionManagement {
		repositoriesMode.set(RepositoriesMode.FAIL_ON_PROJECT_REPOS)
		repositories {
			mavenCentral()
			maven { url 'https://jitpack.io' }
		}
	}

Add it in your settings.gradle.kts at the end of repositories:

	}

Add to pom.xml

	<repositories>

		</repository>
	</repositories>

Add it in your build.sbt at the end of resolvers:

 
    resolvers += "jitpack" at "https://jitpack.io"

Add it in your project.clj at the end of repositories:

 
    :repositories [["jitpack" "https://jitpack.io"]]

Step 2. Add the dependency

	dependencies {
		implementation 'com.github.aaronspooky:android-biometric-authentication:0.10'
	}

	dependencies {
		implementation("com.github.aaronspooky:android-biometric-authentication:0.10")
	}

	    <groupId>com.github.aaronspooky</groupId>

Authentication using biometrics with AndroidX

Getting started

MinSDK: 23

MaxSDK: 28

For lower versions the notSupported method is invoked because the Fingerprint sensor was implemented from Android 6.

Step 1. Add the JitPack repository to your gradle file

allprojects {

Step 2. Add the dependency

Usage

Step 1. Add BiometricCallback interface

public class MainActivity extends AppCompatActivity implements BiometricCallback {
}

Step 2. Add the following methods

Step 3. Add the BiometricManager builder

new BiometricManager.BiometricBuilder(this)
